1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and art939 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the art939 platform, including the website, iOS and Android mobile apps, and all related services.

By accessing or using the art939 platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you agree to be bound by these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

To use the art939 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or subject to any prohibition imposed by a relevant authority.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at art939. Multiple account registrations by a single individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes:

• Full name as stated on your identity card or passport.
• A valid date of birth for age verification.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in Malaysia.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for fund withdrawal purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and all activity on your account. art939 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by another party.

3.3 KYC Verification

Art939 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all members. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identity card, bank statement, or other supporting documents at any time. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have lower withdrawal limits until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the art939 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required.

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Each deposit must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Art939 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed on bank public holidays — requests will be processed on the next business day.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds via a method different from the original deposit method may be suspended pending verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Art939 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Art939 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through dishonest means or fraud.
• All promotions have a stated validity period — expired bonuses will not be re-credited.
• Art939 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Members who have closed and reopened an account are not eligible to claim this bonus. Rollover requirements and full terms are stated on the Promotions.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the art939 platform are subject to the following rules:

6.1 Sports Betting

• Odds displayed at the time of betting are the applicable odds — no changes will be made after a bet is confirmed.
• Postponed or cancelled matches will result in a refund to the member's account within 24 hours.
• Official results from recognized sports authorities are final for all wager settlements.
• Art939 reserves the right to reject, void, or limit any wager suspected of involving fraud or match manipulation.

6.2 Live Casino & Slots

• All casino games use a certified and independently audited random number generator (RNG).
• Game results displayed on screen are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruptions during gameplay will be resolved based on valid server records — platform records are final.

6.3 E-Sports

• E-sports betting closes before the match begins unless a live market is specifically opened.
• Any live stream delays do not affect betting outcomes — results are based on official game records.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts or using false identities for registration.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate the platform.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors to gain unfair advantages.
• Manipulating betting markets through coordination with other parties (match-fixing).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Sharing account login details with third parties.
• Conducting cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or technical disruptions against art939 systems.
• Filing false claims or submitting forged documents.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Art939 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• The user has violated any terms in this agreement.
• The user failed to complete KYC verification requirements within the specified period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation detected.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be refunded once all review requirements have been met.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, art939 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from wagering activities on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Decisions made based on inaccurate or outdated information on the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming
